Copy a prompt to get started

Paste this into the AI you already use — Claude, ChatGPT, any of them. It works out the rest, whether it's on your computer or in an app.

I use Drivethrough (drivethrough.dev), a service that lets AI assistants build and manage websites for me. Set it up with me now.

Fetch https://drivethrough.dev/setup.txt and follow the one section that matches the app you're running in — it has exact, current directions to relay to me. Don't search the web beyond that one URL.

If you can't fetch that URL: tell me to open this app's website in a browser (connector setup only works on the web version, desktop or mobile), find "connectors" or "plugins" in the settings there, and add this address: https://mcp.drivethrough.dev/mcp — unless you're a coding agent installed on my computer (like Claude Code), in which case run `npx drivethrough login` then `npx drivethrough agent-setup`. A cloud sandbox doesn't count as my computer — don't run the commands there.

When you're connected, confirm it works by listing my sites, then ask me what I'd like to put online first.

Sharing

A share link opens the door for anyone holding it. An invite emails a personal key to one guest — no account needed on their end.

Delete site

It leaves the driveway right away — guests lose access, share links are revoked, and the name frees up. You can bring it back within 30 days from the “Deleted” filter above; after that it's gone for good.

Tags group sites your way. Once any site has one, a tag row appears above the garage for one-click filtering.

Change your username

Every site address is built on your username, so changing it moves all of your sites to new addresses. Old links — including share links — stop working, with no redirect.

Its access is revoked immediately — it will have to ask you again next time. Your sites stay up either way.
